In Memory of Ashley Clarkson is run by Wayne and Wendy Clarkson the parents  of Ashley Clarkson, a young soldier who developed PTSD after serving as a soldier in Iraq and witnessing grim scenes. He committed suicide aged 23. In Memory of Ashley Clarkson raises awareness, signposts, and raises money for the excellent work of the British Legion. Rhubarb Farm welcomes ex-servicemen as volunteers to come and do positive  activities in a supportive and friendly environment. A community group aiming to make Chesterfield more resilient and sustainable. The organisation overseeing organic cultivation  for information on community supported agriculture

Phil Neal, sculptor, worked with Rhubarb Farm volunteers to erect a junk sculpture using metal dug up out of the site, as a tribute to the allotment holders of yesteryear.  Phil has a studio at the Harley Gallery. Jayne runs this business in Langwith and supplies Rhubarb Farm with manure Red Welly, Derby
